We Do Perch Alerts Too!

Perch and Walleye Waypoints for the Weekend!

Was in 25 feet of water today and got three of the many roamers to bite.  Missed a few and had a few Crappie marks that just wouldn’t take it, we never went 20 minutes without marking something.  Not a Gold Mine but absolutely enough fish in this area to keep things exciting!

    1. There are a few on the northern lakes but there are still spots of open or only recently frozen areas, even up on those small lakes. Rumor going around that a wheeler went through on the Alice/Irvine line on Friday. We strongly suggest going on foot still and drilling as you go. The main lake has many open water spots still and many areas of only 1-2 inches of ice. The more protected bays may have 5-8 inches of ice but there are abrupt variations. Drilling as you go is imperative at this time.
