Someone had to put it there, we at DevilsLakeFishingReport and Northern Flight Guide Service seek your input, is this just a farm raised bird and the way a person identifies one of their own -or- is there a more complex explanation. I’ve heard that plastic bands like that are almost always birds that were privately owned and got away or were released.
Any ice updates? Seems like the northern lakes should be locked up or locking up this weekend.. Thanks
