Lots Of Controversy About Ice/This Forecast May Extinguish That
Every Ice Addict out there wants to be the first. The first on this and that body of water. The first to post walleye limits on Facebook and Instagram. The first to post that bucket full of Perch. The first to brag about that slab Crappie. With our early onset of ice on fishable waters, guys were geared up and ready to go and got a taste. Then we had a warm up and some of that gusto had to be curbed a little bit. Well, with the forecast for next week, it looks like for us here on the Northern Tier of North Dakota anyway, we can amp that fevered pitch back up again. We will be back into making ice next week and by next weekend we should be able to start attacking the main lake again.
For now we will focus on some small waters that we are confident have good ice still.
