Unstable Weather Has Made The Last Days Tough!
Was very excited to get back on the water today and it looked like it was going to be perfect day for searching, and then 9:30-10:00 t-storms changed that plan for us. This unstable weather has made the bite very difficult to say the least. I have to go back to the 25th to think of a day when I can say that fishing was what I consider good. So that means the 26-28th, 3 days of pretty much crap and t-storms.
With cooler weather over the next few days, hopefully the bite can turn back on.
Would like to continue with the spinner bite and the start of a lead core bite but we might have to put a pause on that and go back to pitching cranks and bobbers just to see if those can still be effective. I know the bobber bite is still there in some aspect.
