Double Duty Has Begun!
Today Was Fishing/Last Two Were Hunting
Who Know What Tomorrow Will Bring!!
Going to be doing some back-and-forth over the next few weeks, so bear with us. Fishing today, hunting yesterday and Saturday. Today was spinners and bottom bouncers in over 25 feet of water. We were back at the landing by 10, so it was a pretty decent day after this most recent wind and cold front.
Never leave fish to find fish, and that statement holds true so often. Probably would have been done by 9 as we had our 1st two right away. We continued on and found not much. So, we went back to where we caught the 1st two and finished out and added 2 bonus Perch.

A Weekend Of Hunting
Spending a lot of time in the evenings scouting lately. We are finding birds, but like usually in this early season, they aren’t bunched up yet, staying in their family groups, being very anti-social.
We had two ladies form Minnesota for our first clients and the first day was a success as we managed 8. We measure a good day as 10 birds this early, so we almost got there. Hopefully, we can start to pile up more body count over the next week.
