Monday Weekly Report: April 28, 2025

Those who fail to study history….

…are condemned to repeat it!!

Oh, how true that statement is.

No current = no spawn in the coulees!

It’s as simple as that. Those current areas are not going to be as good as they were in years when we have a lot of new water coming into the fishery. Does that mean fishing is going to be poor? Well yes, in the very short term. They are just going to be spawning in different areas than we have become used to. Not a bad thing, just different. If you have done your homework over the years and remember those years when we had much less new water, you will be just fine. If not, well, we got you covered.

We have been incredibly busy the last three to three and a half years and we haven’t been offering our year recaps. Well, we finally got the last 4 years done and we have them here for you.

For us, this is the most important part of what we do. Detailed records of where the new bites are going to pop up and when. It is truly the one major advantage that we have. If not for those records, we couldn’t do what we do. Let out hard work pay off for you:
