Wednesday Walleyes!!

Fish Camp!!

Another Year, Another Successful Day

Last year was my 1st year helping out with Fish Camp out of Lakewood and had a blast. This year was no different. From the get-go, the walleyes were cooperating and the morning shift saw my boat, with 3 young anglers in tow, boat 27 fish with 12 keeper eyes, 1 white bass, and a pike.

The afternoon, shift with only two young anglers, one of which was limited out; was a bit slower but we were still able to find some fish. They even let me put a couple in the well. All-in-all it was a pretty successful day. One that I hope I get to participate in for years to come.

All fish were caught in greater than 20 feet of water and all of ours came off of spinners and crawlers!!

Good Luck out there!
