Last Day With The Nebraska Group
Started It Off With A Pair Of 19’s!!
After a pretty darn good day yesterday, expectations from the group were high and as always, I was kind of feeling the pressure to perform. I am always real nervous right way, before we have a few fish in the box, and today was no different. It did not take long to get our 1st 2 fish in the well and they ended up being 2 19’s!!
Oh great!!
Now the bar was set pretty high. 4 or 5 more passes and it was evident that these fish were either gone or just taking a break so it was off to what would become Spot 1! We started putting it to em pretty good and we were nearing the halfway point of their limit so we decided to continue on to what would become Spot 2.
This is kind of where the action got REAL! Couple of 18’s, couple of 17’s, couple of 16’s. It was pretty non-stop action until we were done at right around 11:30. Another day, in before noon, kind of becoming a habit that I could get used to!!
Over 15 feet but under 25 feet in both spots today. A little east and a little in the middle. The main bay is holding a lot of fish right now, it;s worth the price of admission to be honest.
