Perch Fishing Is A STRUGGLE
It’s no secret that the Perch fishing has been struggle, and I made the mistake of trying for Perch yesterday. Well, that will be enough of that for a while. Focus on Walleyes, White Bass, and Crappie for the duration of the winter is my best advice.
Fishing across the state and upper Midwest has been a struggle at times, find a spot where they are coming through and sit and grind on em. It is going to be a lot shallower than you are going to be used to for this time of year, think of it as being a month and a half behind of where you would normally be fishing, that is what I am finding anyway.
Flutter spoons, Buckshots, and Varmints with minnow heads or full minnows.
