Always Bet On Black!!
When your smallest fish that you kept is 16 inches, you’ve had a good day. Such was the case with me today, Two spots out of three had good fish on them. The last one was REALLY good fish, and quite a few of them. Being done by 9:30 is a good place to be. They are getting deeper though, but still under 35 feet of water.
We don’t usually use a whole lot of black spinners, but they have been really good recently.
