Only Going To Get Better!!
We have reached the 16th of March, and that means that we will begin selling locations again, and this last weekend was right on schedule.
This last weekend, we saw some really good Walleyes and Turbo Jumbo Perch get active, and not just in the morning; basically all day.
We were finding them in less than 15 feet of water with flutter spoons, Lindy flyers, and Origami blades (have gotten to love the origami blades).
Small moves make a huge difference, feet not yards. Sit down, wait 20 minutes, if you don’t see some, move 20-30 feet, repeat. It has been really working for us lately.
I think these fish do get used to the livescope beam after a while and the ability to be mobile is extremely important.
Also, have basically completed my Lake Country schedule, we will be taking additional bookings though and it looks like we are going to have at least 2 if not 3 more weeks of fishable ice out there. If you want a day on the lake, give me a call and lets go fishing!
