Toughest Bite On DL I’ve Seen

Need Some Help From Mother Nature!

I shouldn’t say ever, but it has to be darn close. When the weather and barometer yo-yo like it has recently, so do the fish. They just don’t get into the biting mood, and it makes things very tough. Last year it was the ice conditions out there, this year the ice is in great shape, but the bite overall, and especially the Perch bite has been really tough.

Have heard and read from many, many people about the fact that they either aren’t seeing fish or they are seeing a ton but jsut can’t get them to bite. Such has been the case with us the last couple days. The fish have been there, they just won’t open their mouths.

We have a near 40-degree temperature swing coming tomorrow, probably going to be another couple pretty tough days ahead before it levels out a little. All’s that we can do it keep searching and hoping that they decide to bite.

Good Luck out there!
