Even With The Wind
Knew the wind was going to be there, and it was right away, but we did our scouting, and we got over half a limit. Happy clients = happy guide. I didn’t catch a fish today, let my clients do the work, with 6 Walleyes and 2 absolute monster Pike, all on spinners and bottom bouncers. When the elements restrict where we can go, it is important to do your homework. Spent all of yesterday trying to find fish for a high SW wind. Had 3 spots that had fish, we ended up only hitting one of them.
Guess what? High west wind tomorrow, same spot is going to be active again, just sayin’.
