Friday Fish Fry!

Not A Limit But Getting Closer!

While limits out there are hard to come by, even with putting up with the wind, we managed 3 good ones and 4 Pike, 2 BIG pike. Maybe, just maybe things are starting to come around a little bit just in time for the weekend. We make a big swing though one of our favorite areas today just to see if we could get out of the wind and still fish. It was manageable for the most part, if not enjoyable. We probably should have stopped where we got our 1st one but I wanted to do the whole circuit 1st. In hindsight, we should have stopped and stayed in the vicinity of our 1st Walleye.

Under 10 feet of water and pitching cranks. We stopped and bobbered-and-pitched on the spot where we caught #’s 2 and 3 to no avail. We are hoping this is a sign that things are about to pick up a little bit, consistently warmer weather and water temperatures that are going to really start to go up should improve the bite.

Things DLFR Has To Offer!

Membership -VS- Subscription

When we went subscription based, I know we made a few passive viewers angry, there really was no was around that. However, in order to be able to offer everything that we wanted to bring our viewers, there was no other way.

You still get some stuff for free, but the real skinny on the bite on Devils Lake is either with Membership or Subscription’

Membership gives you basically everything: location, lures, depths, did I mention location.

Subscription gives you almost everything: lures, depths, and locations once a week.

If you aren’t a member or subscriber yet, we urge you that no time is better than right now, before the bite really takes off:

Good Luck out there!
