Couldn’t Get It
But Still A Pretty Good Day!
So close but yet so far, needed 10 and got 9, ALMOST!!
Back to Perchin’ tomorrow, was a nice change of pace to chased Walleyes for a day and from all of the reports that we have gotten on the Perch bite so far, we may be doing some more Walleye fishing until the Perch get charged up, which I guess isn’t quite yet in many parts of the lake.
We were shallow today, less than 15 feet of water in the western portion of the fishery. We started out Ripping with limited success and it wasn’t until we started jigging with Buckshots when we started to see some success.
