Fishing Report, Ice Fishing

Wednesday Ice Conditions

Losing, Not Gaining

Oh, And A Crappie Smackdown

Something we didn’t need, temperatures way too high. By the time we left the ice today, there was a lot of water on the ice, and with temperatures not dipping below freezing tonight, thinks could get iffy out there where we do have fishable ice.

But if you choose to go, we have a spot for you:

We had a day today, but I am leery about the ice sheet after today. If you go out there, be extremely careful, when temperatures get down below freezing again, we should start to make ice again.

And if you do go, remember these rules of the ice:

Be Safe!! We Want You Back Again and Again!!

  • Drill as you go
  • Go on foot
  • Travel in at least pairs
  • Have picks and rope with
  • Make sure someone knows where you are going and when you should return.

NO FISH IS WORTH A LIFE!

Want to have a chance at a day like this:

The only thing to do is go Subsctiption!!

Good Luck out there!
