It Didn’t Take Long!!
With water in the lower 60’s we went early, and the fish were cooperating in kind. My 1st 2 casts were Walleye/Lost Walleye and I had the feeling it was going to be a pretty good day.
We were super shallow, so we used #7 SSR’s today instead of the SR’s we have been using and it worked out pretty well, off the water by 10 and actually could have been off by 8:30.
With fish this fired up, it has become evident that the bite is ‘ON’ in a big way. I would say that in the short term it’s only going to get better, so hang on, it’s appearing it is going to be a ‘HOT’ Summer!!
