Perch!
Again, we are seeing almost all of our fish in that 30-36 feet and then a little deeper into the 40-42 feet. On days when they are on the feed, buckshots and coffin spoons tipped with a minnow head is the best bet. When they are docile and not as active, go with a tungsten tipped with either spikes or a full minnow. The perch have been very moody and one minute they are just pounding the bigger stuff and minutes later they go negative and won’t touch anything. It is vital to get as many as you can when they are ‘on’.

Ripping Raps in Light Perch and Buckshots in:
- Pink UV
- Green UV
- Orange UV
These have been our bets lures. Finding some really shallow, 5-10 feet, but then we are finding some a little deeper in 10-20 feet. For the most consistent bite though, I would definitely focus on the 5-10 feet range.
Two more days and we will be back to full strength as our guide schedule will be about done!
