Make Em ‘Studs’!!
It’s been a year of frustration pretty much of myself and a lot of the other guys I network with. They will bite pretty good for a couple of days and then for some reason or another, just be shut down.
I chose to Pitch today, being as that it was a search day and I was solo.
Fished 3 areas, caught fish in all of them, but just not many. The ones we got were just plain ‘studs’, but when you only get 3 when you need 5, well that isn’t what we were looking for. May or may not be one of the last days that we Pitch for a while, need to find some fish that will do it with spinners or bobbers or both.
Shallow, shallow and Plastics for 1, cranks for the other two and the pike.
Water was 70 degrees when we left the water. Started out at 64.5.
