Two Days Of Searching

Two Days Of Not Much!

With a few unexpected days off we have had a chance to do some in-depth exploring. Just drill, drill, drill until we find something interesting. And to be hosest with you, we found a little as far as Walleyes go but just hardly anything as far as Perch. Was able to release a 24 inch Walleye and landed 5 good eyes.

The basin searching for Perch was very uneventful. Hardly marked any out there in the basins which makes one think one of two things:

  • They just aren’t there
  • We were searching way too deep

Either way, we were obviously looking in the wrong places for the Perch. We have a couple of more search days before we are back to guide days, so we will keep you posted!

The Walleyes were all in less than 20 feet of water and the basins in 30+ feet of water were pretty much void of Perch, just nothing!

Good Luck out there!
