Monday Weekly Fishing Report: July 24th, 2023

The Unreal Bite Of 2023 Continues!!

The unbelievable bite of 2023 has continued, there have been a couple of days where is has taken until noon, but for the most part, we have been off the water by 10. It has just been such an aggressive bite for Walleyes on the lake, the size of fish has been so good, we really haven’t had to stay out that long.

Depths!

The majority of our fish the last week have been found in the 20-35 foot range and there have been a lot of them. 40-60 fish days are pretty normal right now and yes, we are catching quite a few smalls, but the smalls now are 13-14 instead of 9-10’s.

Find points and humps along the old ancient shorelines, that white line that circles the lake in 19-23 feet of water.

Some days they are a little shallower, some days a little deeper, but always right around that line.

Colors!

The colors have varied from day to day but there have been a few that are pretty much go-to’s. Some of the better ones the last 7-10 days have been the following!

Always have at least 1 Gold and at least 1 with white on. Until another color keeps getting hit, those two are a must!

Good Luck out there!
