Calm Before The Rain, Just In Time

Got Off Before The Rain!

Sometimes things just fall in line perfectly, we got our 10th just in time to get off the water before the rains came. Not that I am against getting a little wet, but it sure is nice to stay dry if you can.

One more day out west and it was a good one as the average fish was in the 16–17-inch range. Spinners and worms with 1 on a leech.

Kind of had a little mini cold front today, from almost 90 yesterday to a much cooler, 70 today. It didn’t seem like it had any adverse effect on the fish though. They may have not been as vicious bites today, but there were a few more of them.

Less than 20 feet of water again, before we venture back to the East tomorrow.

Good Luck out there!
