Too Cold Tuesday!

Massive Wind Switch and Cold Front Will Do That

After a delightful 80-degree day yesterday, you just knew mother nature would slam the door on us, and she did. Don’t get me wrong, I will take days in the 60’s in May all the time, it’s just that we sure could have used another 80-degree day to really get the Walleyes going.

Have no fear though, there is more warm weather on the horizon. And while we did not have the day we had yesterday, we still managed to catch some fish, couple Walleyes even. I blame a lot of it on the 180-degree switch in the wind, that is never good to have that abrupt of a change, throws them for a loop.

We were shallow, which we probably will be for the foreseeable future, under 10 feet of water.

Plastics as well.

Good Luck out there!
