Friday Fish Fry!

Not Terrible

Just Not Great

Such Has Been This Year

We saw over 40 Walleyes this morning. They would come in in groups of 2-5 and just look, and look, and look. Getting them to bite was a chore to say the least. When we slid deeper, we saw a few eyes but lots of Perch, but yet again, getting them to bite was not what they were into.

As we slid deeper into the basin, more of the same, fish that just did not want to bite. Now I know, the conditions were less than ideal what with 50 mph wind gusts, but all of the fish that we say, well over 100, just had lock jaw and wanted very little to do with our lures.

Tomorrow is another day, and we will be back at it, stay tuned…

Good Luck out there!
