Might Be a Shrimp Bite!!

Mornings have been better than mid-day as the bite has seemed to really die after about noon/1 o’clock. Pretty typical for this time of year, more Perch than Walleyes in the spots we have been on, but we haven’t been super shallow the last few days either.

SHRIMP!!

Gobs of them. These fish are just packed with shrimp, which means you don’t necessarily have too have a mud bottom for the blood worms. Being as shallow as we are for Perch, less than 30 feet of water, makes sense.
