SOOOOOO Many Fish Biting Right Now!!
OMG!!!!
One of my favorite groups today so we really wanted to show them a good trip and from the onset, the fish were willing. So, so, so many smalls though, OMG!! Lost count of how many 12-13 inch fish we were able to hook up with, but there were some 14-16.5 inchers as well.
This lake is very healthy right now with a lot of those smaller fish as well as some keeper quality ones as well. If you like a spinner bite, then the time to be here is right now. Make sure you bring plenty of worms, on average we are going through 4-6 dz a day to get our 10-20 fish from 14-19 inches.
2 oz. bouncers on the front two rods and 1.5 on the middle and back, keeps us from having too many tangles and keeps those front ones out of the way.
