Seems like the two variables are always:

Depth
-
Color
Those two things can separate a good day from a great day and a great day from a poor one. We were on the button with both depth and color today. While others were struggling, we were pretty much on them all day.
Worms again, and single hooks. We probably should have switched to harnesses but we were just getting enough to hang on to make it interesting. Definitely going to use some harnesses tomorrow as we had so many, SO MANY hits that just wouldn’t hang on.
The western portion of the lake is still not there yet for temperature, but it is getting better and I imagine that is all that it is going to take for these good days from becoming GREAT days.
Deeper than 10 feet, and I don’t know why but it seems as if those shallow bites are done for the time being.
