Deep Was Decent Today
Not great, but there are still Walleyes and Perch deep. A lot of the Perch are on the smaller side, but we managed quite a few 9-10 inchers with a few 11-12’s mixed in. The only problem with fishing in deeper than 33 feet of water, they are probably all dead. The smaller Perch and the BIG Walleyes cannot handle the rapid change in pressure. If you hook one in that deep water, you might as well consider it a keeper, cause it probably isn’t going to make it.
Lots of buckshots and varmints today, they would look at, but would not hit the tungsten.
Good Luck out there!
