Sometimes,it is hard to back up a pretty great day with something even better, but today it worked.
From 14-17’s to 15-20’s!!
This lake has been just an ‘Eater’ machine this year and we don’t see that changing anytime soon. There are just too many keeper quality fish in the fishery.
Under 20 feet of water today and basically basin fishing with some flooded timber on the edges of it.

It took a little bit to locate the better fish today, but once we did it was really good. Moved to Spot 2 and finished off our day and now we are ready for a day off to celebrate the 4th! We will be back on it on Wednesday!
