Monday Weekly Fishing Report: June 19, 2023!

Going to Be A Breezy One Tomorrow!

Good Thing It Was Good Today!!

After a day and a half off the water we were ready to get back after it. It started slow but once we got on them, they were very willing. Had that 27 Incher early on in the day, hopped around a little bit and settled into a pretty good bite. The fish we had been on a little further east had disappeared a little, I am sure it had something to do with the water temperature dipping a little. They’ll be back, but for the time being we had to return to a previous bite to get our fish.

Depth!

Seems to be in that intermediate range of 14-23 feet of water. The further west you get, the warmer the water is going to be and that is where the active fish were today.

Colors and Bait!

The metallics are ruling the day now with Gold’s and Silver’s getting the bulk of our fish. And, worms are ruling the day as well, leeches are probably going to get quite a few fish with bobbers, but in the trolling game, worms are better right now.

Here Comes The Wind!!

Going to be an active weather pattern over the next few days so hold on to your butts. As an active weather system dictates, the fish will be active for periods of time and then just shut down, being able to identify when to stay and when to go will be key. Let us help you figure out where to go to hide out and make the most of your trip!!

Good Luck out there!
