Sunday Gave Us So Much Hope
Then The Weather…
Sunday we had fish, and good fish, fired up and biting. With renewed optimism that the bite was turning back on; returning to what it was like back in early January again. Then when we returned on Monday, they were flat non-biters again.
Just so frustrating, just no consistency. A guy can’t count on two good days out of the same spot right now. Now with this cold front and wind today, we had hundreds of marks that would not bite. Zooming up, just about to hit, and then…
Yo-Yo!!
A winter like we have had, with so much up and down weather, barometer that is like a roller coaster, it has been a very, very tough Ice Fishing season.
The good thing is, there is a lot of ice left out there and there is going to be at least another month left in the season for it to turn around.
