The Shelf Life Of Hero Status?
Oh, ‘Bout 24 Hours!!
Not that today was incredibly terrible. We caught fish, and some quality ones at that, but when you go from a gangbuster of a day the day before; it just didn’t measure up. We can’t control the yo-yo weather and there is no doubt in my mind it had a part in how our fish acted for the majority of the day.
Now, after the effects of the weather change wore off on the fish a little, we had a couple really good flurrie of activity at the end that made it respectable. The sting of going from GREAT day to ‘Respectable’ day.
Back to the drawing board for tomorrow and a hope that more adverse weather won’t bury our bite again.
