All because of a massive wind/blizzard like weather system that came through. Couldn’t see and had to drive by GPS on the lake, but it was absolutely worth every minute of it.
Maybe Things Are Turning For The Better A Little!!
All fish were caught in less than 25 feet of water and the fish today were aggressive when they came in. They bit on the big stuff; 1/8 ounce VMC UV Buck shots and Gold Varmints tipped with minnow heads. When we started the morning we had very low hopes for the day with the weather conditions and we were pleasantly surprised to have willing fish, and big fish that were much more active than they had been for the better part of the last 3 weeks.
Hope this trend continues!!
