Fishing Report, Ice Fishing

Tuesday’s Take!

Weather Dependent!

Ya Do What Ya Gotta Do To Get On Fish!

With a Walleye bite that just didn’t pan out for the morning, so we took a flyer on a spot.  Shallow water Perch usually bite, or at least are relatively more active than the deep, deep basin fish when this type of inclement weather comes in.

We found some dandy fish and although all of them weren’t super active, the ones that were were good quality fish that bit on two basic presentations:

  • White PK Spoon tipped with a minnow head
  • Orange and Chartreuse Tungsten with a full minnow.

They wouldn’t touch a spike today.

Good Luck out there!
