Fishing Report, Ice Fishing

Wednesday Whooping!!!

Starting To Go Negative!!

But When They Bite…

…HOLD ON!!

Starting to go a little negative and really had to work for them today, finesse stuff.  Spikes and Tungsten.  35-37 feet of water, getting more podded up instead of full schools.  Lots of fish matted to the bottom and would only bite in short spurts today.  We notch some of that up to the weather and different fronts moving through.  Tomorrow’s deep freeze might to bad things to this bite -or- as with the last cold front; they might get fired up.

I know we are going to try anyway!

Tools Of Today’s Trade!!

These two, the Tungsten with Spikes and the Gold Varmint with minnow heads were the two lures that got most of our fish today.  Getting finnicky, but chalk that up to the weather!

Good Luck Out There!
